The various indicators are the ease of starting a business, the ease of dealing with construction permits, the ease of gaining access to electricity, the ease of registering property, the ease of obtaining credit, the level of protection offered to minority investors, the paying of taxes, the ease of trading across borders, the enforcing contracts and the resolving of insolvency.
