09 June 2021

Digital Digits LLC, a local start up, has launched their platform Easy Coins (www.easycoins.me) on Tuesday to enable citizens and residents of Oman to buy and sell cryptocurrency locally, according to a press release.

The platform enables users to access Bitcoin, Ethereum and Stellar (and other cryptocurrencies in the future) using Omani riyals and store them safely on their own personal wallet.

Furthermore, the Easy Coins platform introduces users to some third party decentralised finance platforms to swap cryptos or earn yield on their cryptos.

H H Sayyid Azzan bin Kais al Said, co-founder of Digital Digits LLC, in the press release said “Easy Coins is a great step forward for Oman to have a local platform that enables access to the global blockchain networks. Such access further promotes the local blockchain ecosystem to a global standard.”
