HiCloset is an online fashion specialized store. We create a link between designers and specialized stores and their customers. The fashion specialization is not only limited to fashion wear but also jewelry. We are looking to build a brand of a one stop shop experience that focuses on the concept of “complete your look”. As HiCloset we do not aim to just be a selling platform, but rather we would like to build connections and a brand that lasts. This is supported by the messages we deliver and services we provide. At an initial stage the main services we are currently offering: Online platform for clients which acts like an online store of their own. They can view sales reports, inventory and control products variants and delivery of their items. Delivery service is done through ASYAD express who we have contracted with to take care of this section of the operation. Marketing is restructured starting September this year, the marketing will mainly be done for the platforms and clients (stores & designers) who are registered in it. Storage is an additional service that was added based on several received feedback, though the concept is “drop shipping” but storage is currently offered at a limited space until the process of this matter is organized. HiCloset is a channel, we aim to deliver value through the messages (instagram) or technically through the website. Enhancement and growth will be gradual as the plan of development is set and modified based on feedback and real life experience of the operation itself.
